The Opportunity
The group is establishing a modern Corporate Venture platform to shape its next chapter of growth. This
platform will identify, invest in, and partner with founders, technologies, and ventures that advance the future
of manufacturing, materials, sustainability, and innovation.

We seek a seasoned investor and strategic builder who has stewarded companies through the full investment
cycle — from early conviction through scale and exit — and who brings the maturity to help design and
operationalize the venture function as part of a team, with the support of the family office and senior
leadership. This individual pairs disciplined investment judgment with humility, curiosity, and a long-term
perspective. They respect legacy, honor the trust placed in them, and see innovation as a disciplined route to
strategic and financial return within a clear mandate. They are energized by building thoughtfully,
collaborating across operating teams, and nurturing founders and partners with care, clarity, and conviction.

You will operate within a focused team that includes a Managing Partner, a Liaison Director, and an Analyst,
ensuring the role is resourced and never a one-person band.

Key Responsibilities
● Help design and operationalize the CVC platform, including thesis development, deal pipeline,
governance model, and reporting cadence
● Source, assess, and execute investments aligned to the group’s strategic financial goals, pillars, and
future growth themes
● Lead commercial, legal, and financial diligence, modeling, and investment recommendations
● Partner closely with operating business leaders to unlock synergies, explore new categories, and
accelerate innovation
● Balance thoughtful platform build (with a team of professionals) with hands-on execution, prioritizing
pipeline creation, diligence quality, and post-investment value creation
● Build trusted relationships with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem partners
● Support portfolio companies through scale, governance, strategy, capital planning, and exit
consideration
● Support investments that advance sustainable innovation, materials science, and circular economy
initiatives aligned with the group’s long-term purpose
● Establish investment frameworks grounded in discipline, fairness, and stewardship
● Represent the venture platform internally and externally with calm confidence and authenticity

Ideal Profile
● 8 to 12 years of investing experience in venture capital, growth equity, corporate venture, or principal
investing
● Demonstrated track record in shaping investments through scale and exit
● Proven ability to build or scale an investment platform, CVC, or innovation capital function
● Experience in or exposure to textiles, apparel, fashion, or adjacent industrial value chains is a strong
plus, reflecting the group’s heritage and ecosystem strengths
● Global perspective and comfort engaging across diverse industries and innovation ecosystems
● Clear analytical and strategic capability grounded in commercial judgement
● Strong relationship instincts, empathetic communication, and credibility with founders and senior
leaders
● Thrives in high-trust, low-ego environments where integrity, humility, and discipline shape decisions
● Comfort operating without a rigid infrastructure, building structure with intention and care
