Flyt is Just Eat Takeaway’s innovation arm. I was part of the Executive Team, responsible for product strategy and development, including integrations with payment gateways. Product was API-led, remote-first team distributed across Europe/North America/Australia.

Yieldify helps e-commerce companies increase sales and revenue by optimising their online customer journeys, via their SaaS product and consulting services. I led Product, Consulting, Client Success and Business Change totalling 45+ people across London, New York and Sydney.
Founder - Connector App
Connector was an app that allowed people to keep their address books automatically updated, by exchanging contact details with one another and pushing changes to Google Contacts. Bootstrapped the company, hired team, released product, grew to a few hundred users, closed due to lack of funding.
