Rehaul of company website (late 2020- early 2021)
The initial website had too much information that it was difficult to understand what X0PA was all about. I was put in charge of managing the rollout of the new website version and design. This involved understanding the value proposition, how to portray it, alignment on products, pricing plans etc
SOC 2 Type I Data Certification
I was put on this project as it was dragging and we were at risk of losing some clients. I had to project managing this , working with the external vendor, our CTO and data security reps to get the necessary inputs, set timelines and chased the relevant parties to ensure that we met the deadlines.
Series A Campaign
This was the first time that X0PA secured external funding and my CEO put me in charge of coming up with and executing a plan. This included working with sales, customer success, marketing, partners, investors etc, crafting the narrative, and tracking the progress of the various pieces of the plan.
Launch of new version of X0PA ROOM with Microsoft Teams
One of our products had an integration with MS Teams and I was responsible for developing the GTM strategy and project managing the rollout of the latest version. This involved working with the Microsoft rep, our engineering teams on the feasibility of timelines and prioritisation of the roadmap.
