About me

I am...

A speaker.

A storyteller.

A human-centric designer.

A workshop facilitator.

I am a workplace futurist focused on planning by design to ensure a future of equal opportunities, and businesses which are financially, psychologically and socially sustainable. An Australian who ended up living in Sweden, I have two young children and advocate for human-centric design principles with a strategic view for the future of the society we are building.

What I'm working on

Service design for the future of work.

Passionate about the way that future of work intersects with future of cities and societies, and how this impacts population distribution and the emergence (prevention?) of megacities.

Experience & achievements

Founder in Residence at Antler

Founder in residence at Antler pre-seed VC Nordics, Fall 22.

Member of the Board of Advisors

Member of the Board of Advisers to NUED! The sustainable marketing agency.

Speaker - Symposium of Australian Gastronomy

In 2016 I was a speaker at the future-focused Symposium of Australian Gastronomy #21 with the presentation "The role of hospitality during the Automation Revolution"

Global Marketing Distribution

Working for a small business with a global distribution network, support requests took a lot of time from the sales team. I established a digital asset management and user-permission system to ensure that approved marketing materials could be accessed by different partners on demand.

Workplace Culture Projects

I conducted workplace culture surveys and interviews within client organisations and determine the root cause of culture and communications problems. We conducted culture measurement and benchmarking.

Employer Branding Training

Delivering training and webinars on employer branding.

Establishment of South Wharf Association

Key player in establishing the South Wharf Association to enable collaborative destination marketing efforts between local businesses.
