Board Member - Goldstein Music

Worked with the CEO on the sales expansion strategy in the original music ecosystem, a licensing model, operational growth and people planning. Generated 85% YoY revenue growth including clients such as Amazon Audible, Adidas, Starbucks. Developed a new business unit for digital sound branding.

ESG Strategy for Storyful and Dow Jones

Regional Lead - Adobe

Transitioned to a SaaS company, redesigned the go to market approach, increasing revenue by 46% YoY. Drove digital transformation within WPP globally (130,000 employees across 100 markets) and its enterprise clients such as Ford, BT, Barclays, L'Oreal, GSK, Unilever and Vodafone.

Global Director - Facebook

Part of the first global program at Facebook aimed at agency partners and enterprises, taking the company through its IPO in 2012. Built a remote global team, generating in excess of $400m annual revenue, up 58% YoY. Managed and motivated in a high growth environment.

Global Director Agencies - Microsoft

Devised, implemented and scaled the first global alliance and business marketing program at Microsoft, working with Mindshare Global (WPP) to prove out the model. Responsible for $120m annual revenue, up 20% against market growth of 6%, winning contracts with Unilever, Nestle, HSBC, Ford and Nike.

Commercial Director - News International

Responsible for £100m+ annual revenues driving 6% year on year growth (4% target), 25 people. Managed all aspects of operational management and editorial relationships including Michael Gove, Managing Editor.

Head of Strategy - Microsoft and News Corp (The Times)

Award winning strategist. Overhauled the commercial strategy in both companies to grow revenue and share in the UK through data, insights, monetization, selling audiences over platforms, creative solutions and moving upstream to target CEOs.
