Launched Diversity & Inclusion in Direct Line Group

I proposed, set up and ran the Diversity Committee for the whole Direct Line Group establishing a strategy and framework for achievement of Diversity objectives. Led the Gender & Working Families strand. Gained buy-in from the DLG Board and delivered on the strategy
