I champion gender equality - because it's good for women, society, and for organisations (gender equal organisations outperform the alternatives).
As a coach, I help women become more strategic and productive - calmly, confidently, creatively. As a trainer I create environments in which people feel safe to stretch and challenge their thinking and behaviours. As a mentor I help others through sharing my expertise.
What I offer
Coaching and mentoring
If you're a woman stressed out by projecting a swan-like image whilst paddling furiously beneath the surface; keen to overcome low self-confidence, perfectionism, imposter syndrome; wanting to improve your visibility & presence, then talk to me about my 121 & group coaching
If you need creative thinking and rigour to build or revitalise your learning and development and/or training offers, please do get in touch. I'm experienced in creating engaging courses & materials that help participants access anything from Shakespeare through to management accounting
1. gender equality, allowing organisations to audit, generate or improve gender equality policies and practices in order to ensure greater organisational diversity
2. embedding creative thinking and practices within organisations
