Led delivery unit design & setup in Philippines' largest organization
Department of Education is the Philippines' largest organization: annual budget of $14B, more than 200 divisions & 1M staff. Designed, recruited & launched in less than 3 months the first program delivery unit to accelerate nationwide delivery of 50 major programs supporting education services.
Awarded MBE for pioneering design & setup of services to veterans
Led detailed organisational & service design & launch of an innovative £12M project providing specialist support services for c60,000 military veterans & their families in Northern Ireland. This was a highly sensitive & strategically significant initiative which required Ministerial approval.
