I am big on ideas - whatever their size. I write creative non-fiction with a particular love of travel and satire. When I'm not writing I'm reading, being omnivorous in my tastes; nothing fails to intrigue me.
To fuel journeys of the mind I keep my body moving by surfing, running, swimming and cycling, which are in turn fuelled by my commitment to a whole food diet.
