The Problem – Digital Analytics Installation & Best Practices

CharlieHR has recently adopted Amplitude as our analytics platform for product insights. The purpose is to plan, launch, and roll-out A/B tests with in-depth product analytics, enabling seamless identity resolution and targeting. However, the team implementing and using Amplitude are junior and need guidance. The Amplitude customer success team is good, but not enough.

The Role – Digital Analytics Consultant

We need a consultant who has implemented product/ platform analytics before multiple times, understands best practices and is a good teacher/ mentor for our team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Doing a review and deep dive into our current installation and working practices
• Suggesting some quick wins for improvement
• Helping us map out our destination, and the journey to get to best practice
• Ongoing mentoring of the analytics team thereafter

About You – Knowledge & Skills

Must haves:

• Have led analytics teams in fast paced organisations
• Have implemented product/ platform analytics software
• Have led a team on a journey towards world class product/ platform analytics and insight

Nice to haves:

• Experiance with Amplitude
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Consulting experience

Logistics

• The team is in London, so you need to be able to work in that time zone
• Likely 4-8 hours initial deep dive, then light touch support after that – maybe 1-2 hours per week

Remuneration

• Negotiable – likely including a fair hourly rate plus success fee
