Position Overview

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RAPVILLE, you will be responsible for leading the development of our technology strategy and overseeing the technical direction of the company. You will work closely with the CEO and other team members to define and execute the company’s technology roadmap, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the company has the technical capabilities and resources needed to meet its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company’s technology strategy and roadmap, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives
• Understand the company culture, and have the desire to innovate the music industry to stop monopolisation of the record labels.
• Oversee the design and development of the company’s products and services, ensuring that they are of high quality, scalable, and reliable
• Manage and mentor the company’s engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the company’s technology meets the needs of its customers and partners
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and trends

Remuneration

Full salary negotiable. The package will include vested stock in the company.
