About the company
ScaleUp Focus is all about supporting startups and scaleups on their growth journey. We are undergoing a pivot right now and need someone to work with us (well me!) on the planning, execution and ongoing management of all marketing moving forward. We reckon that the ecosystem for founders doesn't help them. It is broken and the current players, incubators, accelerators, catapults, accountants and coaches operating in their silos do not help. Our model focuses on four key areas; founders, strategy and planning, fundraising and operational performance. In simple terms; founders with brilliant ideas that are going to change or save the world, need support on their journey to commercial reality - turn their ideas into plans, secure funding for their plans and them go on to implement and delivery performance. The role
Having built, developed and refined the product offering over the last three years, I am now ready to kick-on to the next stage. Marketing is a key and fundamental part of the plan and future growth. I have some ideas about how to go about it and some potential suppliers in mind, so it is not an entirely blank canvas. I am looking for someone to pull together my work, add their own significant input and run with it. It will suit someone who is happy working in a small company environment, on their own initiative. This is a remote role and I am flexible as to number of hours. I see it growing in the future and I would be happy to create a full-time role for the right person in time.Key responsibilities
