Summary
We are seeking an Operations Systems and Scaling Consultant to help activate and manage a scalable team structure for two founder-led brands under a single holding company. The goal is to turn our clear organizational vision into an efficient, functioning operating system.
General Information
We are building a scalable online business with two content-driven brands operating under one parent entity. The organizational chart and key business components are already defined, but we need a hands-on operator to turn structure into execution.
The engagement is part-time (10–20 hours/week) for an initial period of 3–6 months. Experience with coaching, education-based, or info-product businesses, scaling operational systems, and leading remote teams is essential.

– Build and implement core systems: SOPs, meeting cadence, project/task management
– Manage shared operations (Tech, Support, Finance) across both brands
– Build KPIs and set up an operating rhythm for weekly/monthly performance review
– Coordinate shared resources while respecting brand-specific execution
– Take ownership of operational implementation until key hires are in place
– Support in defining and hiring for future leadership roles as the team grows
Required Experience
– Required:
– Operations design and documentation
– Team and systems building from scratch
– Managing cross-functional remote teams
– Hiring and onboarding operators
– Preferred:
– Experience in coaching, personal development, or info-product businesses
– Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, GoHighLevel, Slack
– Ability to build systems that run without founder involvement
About You
You’re a systems thinker who thrives on building clarity where there’s complexity. You’re comfortable leading without micromanaging and have a bias toward implementation, not just advising. You don’t need layers of structure—you know how to build them. And you’re comfortable managing operations across two brand voices with shared backend infrastructure.
