TPC Memberships - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the The Portfolio Collective (“TPC”) membership services, including the Explorer, Pioneer and Founding Member tiers. By becoming a TPC member, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Memberships tiers & inclusions
TPC offers the following membership tiers:
- Explorer Membership: A free membership that provides a TPC profile and access to select learning and event content.
- Pioneer Membership: A paid monthly membership that includes next-level support, discounts, exclusive events, access to on-demand learning (such as the Catapult course and Personal Branding Masterclass), a 20% discount on live courses and feedback on your profile.
- Founding Member: An exclusive tier for individuals who have made a significant financial or community-based contribution. This tier provides an opportunity to help shape the future direction of TPC.

2. Eligibility
TPC memberships are available to individuals who are interested in a Portfolio Career and wish to become a part of The Portfolio Collective community.
3. Payment & fees
- Explorer Membership: This membership is free of charge.
- Pioneer Membership: The monthly fee is as stated at the time of subscription. Payment is required in full on a recurring monthly basis.
- Founding Member: This tier is free for individuals who have made a significant financial or community-based contribution.
All fees are gross payments. TPC reserves the right to change membership pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect memberships already purchased for a specific period.
4. Membership activation & access
Upon successful registration or payment, your membership will be activated, and you will gain access to the benefits associated with your chosen tier. Details regarding access to courses, events and other benefits will be communicated upon activation and made available on your member profile.
5. Refunds & cancellations
- Explorer Membership: You may cancel your free membership at any time.
- Pioneer Membership: All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; access to member benefits will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Founder Membership: TPC serves the right to remove Founding Member status in the event of contribution not being sufficient for this membership.
In exceptional circumstances, TPC may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for refunds. Such considerations will be on a case-by-case basis.
6. Use of services & content
You consent that by accessing or using any of our services, including any content, courses or materials, you are entering into a legally binding contract (“Contract”) with TPC. This Contract applies to all aspects of your membership and is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
By entering into this Contract, you agree to all of our Terms, including our Code of Conduct, which governs how we maintain a safe space for our community. You also agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise misuse any of TPC’s provided intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Any violation of this Contract, including a breach of our Code of Conduct or the unauthorised sharing of TPC’s intellectual property, may result in the immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
7. Changes to memberships & T&Cs
TPC reserves the right to modify the contents of its membership tiers, including benefits and pricing, at any time.
TPC may revise and update these T&Cs from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the packages thereafter.
