For the last 12 years I've advised Seed to Series D companies on their Talent & People Strategy, many of those spent as a hands-on Talent Partner / Head of Talent, but also many spent working with CEO's and Founders on their wider People & Talent plans. This has mostly been with UK Tech companies.
