Reporting to the CRO and dotted line to COO. Responsible for the Global Sales Teams in 5 regions. UKI, NA, CE, DACH, NORDIC and APAC. Achieved 44% YoY (2019-20) Cloud and Subscription growth, 79% YoY growth in Q4 2020 over 2019, Achieved 104% of budget.

Reporting directly to CEO, with focus on growth in subscription business in preparation for Trade Sale. Revenues from £3.5m to £16m in 3 years. Maintained +98% renewal rate from existing customers. Scaled up Sales, Pre-Sales and Lead Generation team from 6 to 52. Acquisition by SAGE for £110m.
