I have completed in excess of 1,000 projects for more than 330 different companies in the UK, Continential Europe, Middle East, Asia and Americas.

I identify and secure the highest calibre people for your C-suite, director and senior management vacancies by following an evidence-led, rigorous and "no stone left unturned" approach. Shortlists are typically presented within five weeks whilst I seek to add value at all stages.
I deliver research in support of clients' recruitment, talent and wider commercial activities, e.g. candidate pipelining for succession planning, competitor organisational profiling, people-related project due diligence, etc, all of which enables businesses to make better informed decisions.
I analyse failing talent and recruitment projects, be they currently with internal teams or external partners, to understand the issues, implement appropriate changes and put them back on course. I have built a track record of being able to deliver where previous efforts have not.
I offer advice in respect to companies' strategic people agendas, including support to executive compensation, organisational design (post-acquisition, to support growth, etc), succession planning and risk management activities.
