I'm a curious neo-generalist with a background in start-ups, product launches and major change initiatives. I've also been a customer focused voice on bid teams. I've expertise in transport, tourism and education, with authenticity at the core of all that I do.

Working with the people element of change, helping businesses get their teams ready for major change. Understanding what happens today, why the change is happening and what impact it will have on those having to do things differently to ensure new ways of working are embedded successfully.
I work on bids for major infrastructure contracts, usually within the public transport area, as part of a wide team. I undertake research, supplier engagement, budget proposals and pull together new ideas. I have traditionally worked on the consumer touchpoint elements of a bid.
Helping companies get the most out of their workshops and meetings. While I use a series of techniques and theories to underpin my facilitation, I work with the clients to ensure each event is tailored for the best outcomes. I focus on areas of change, such as strategy setting and team dynamics.
Helping the bereaved create a fitting way to mark the life of their loved one through the development of a fitting funeral service. Gathering stories, writing a eulogy, selecting music - whatever the bereaved want to make the farewell as poignant and meaningful as possible.
I lead on the business change elements of both contactless and smart ticketing implementation for UK train companies. I worked on the customer propositions, translated the technical elements into staff and customer friendly communications, stakeholder engagement and ensured launch readiness
I worked with a number of tourist start ups, using smart tech to create products to enhance city break visitor experience. Supporting the entrepreneurs I took the businesses from conception to launch and profitability, working with investors, b2b customers and a network of international suppliers.
