In 9 months as interim Group Operations Director, I established and led the rollout of an Integrated Management System, enabling process automation, data driven risk management and continuous improvement of customer service across 25 businesses.
Non Executive Director
I am a co-opted member of the Finance and General Purposes Committee of Lancaster University. I provide oversight of the University's annual budget, strategy and resource planning and help to guide the management team in resolving problems and strategic challenges as they arise.

Clinic portfolio optimisation
I restructured a portfolio of 110 outpatient clinics to improve profitability, closing 6 clinics and reconfiguring Doctor specialties to fit the needs of our insurance customers resulting in a £2m annual saving.
Customer infrastructure modernisation
I led a 3 year, £18m programme to eradicate paper-based working, driven by digital customer preferences and the need for radical change. This involved automating 80% claims and fulfilling 70% of sales online resulting in £35m cost savings

I conceived and launched global prize winning culture change program focused on accountability, collaboration and speed, achieving the most improved staff engagement score in an international group of 25 healthcare businesses
