Managed a $5M/year Innovation investment fund
I managed a $5M fund to drive innovation with vendor partners. I created a process to solicit, evaluate, and execute their ideas, resulting in 30 implemented projects with a 2.5x ROI. This fostered a culture of innovation and delivered significant value.
Managing a high performing Sales
I coached a high-performing 120-person vendor sales team in EMEA, exceeding sales targets for 12 consecutive quarters. I provided strategic direction, coaching, and development, resulting in increased team confidence, motivation, and recognition for outstanding performance.
Customer Success Manager
