Any company should ensure its strategy places people at its heart to ensure the best results. I will undertake an audit on the values of the company, the mission and vision and build a people framework that will ensure people fit and increase attraction, retention and people management throughout.
Ad hoc 60 to 90 min workshops
People often lack the time to undertake a transformation programme or leadership exercise and therefore short workshops provide quick wins in a short space. Topics include how to set up boundaries, managing overwhelm, basics of project mgt. or how to set up for success.

As a motivational coach I can provide public speaking engagements to raise awareness on the importance of living authentically, how to connect with the heart, etc. Or be a guest to network events.
