their first months in the business. Built local hiring teams, adapted interview process to increase success by 14%, tailored onboarding to ensure retention of talent.

Built a team from scratch to hire Engineering Managers externally for the first time in EMEA. Adapted interview processes to attract talent and reflect both technical and managerial capabilities. Created tailored onboarding to ensure success. Resulting in 83 senior hires over 2 years.

Twinkle toes

Twinkle toes

I love dance in all forms. Having started with ballet and tap aged 3, I studied contemporary at University and in more recent years have been trying my hand at Hip hop and Break dance (with varying levels of success!). Dance is my true love and my ultimate means of escape.
