I'm working with a Series B deep tech company to help them create a people strategy which goes beyond just talent acquisition. The scope includes everything from exec team effectiveness to cocreation of a commercially focused people plan.
I worked with investors and new CEO on a major restructuring of a series B fintech. This assignment involved swapping out most of the C team and shifting from being an engineering led to a more product/customer led company and culture.
Supported new CEO in preparing Fintech for international growth.
Hired C level executives & restructured team to support pivot from B2C to B2B operation. This required a cultural shift from being very engineering led to being more customer & product led.
I have had my own coaching practice for over 15 years where my focus is on C level effectiveness at individual aswell as group/team level. I'm fully accredited through the iCF and gained my diploma at Henley Business School.
I also provide career coaching at more junior levels.
