Having recently led a £100m revenue SaaS product line (B2B/B2BC/B2C), I understand the demands to continually innovate and provide outcomes, whilst retaining the best talent and ensuring the culture endures. Solid strategy linked to measurable outcomes that are transparent.

Having scaled 5 businesses from 4-150 people, organically and through M&A TUPE, I have the wounds that help others avoid easy mistakes. Specifically those in COO/CTO/CPO type roles that may not have the skills for the next steps on their businesses journey.
You lead people and manage things. With over 20 years of leadership training and practical application, I know how hard it is to define a leadership style and learning journey. I have coached 1st time managers to CEOs on how to recognise the leadership their team needs and develop their style.
Contracted to advise and implement a SaaS transformation of a sales consultancy. Planned and led product operating model change, and new product development of complex AI SaaS - aiming to replace expert consultants. Advised on successful M&A transaction. Ran IUK smart funding grants and R&D credits.
Led strategy and delivery for PE backed payments product. Scaled teams (85 to 150) through product operating model implementation, process optimisation, transformation and grew revenues, through new ways of working and new product development, from $72m to $108m.
VP Product & Engineering - Jones Lang La Salle Technology
Internal product and technology advisor for Tetris, a $1B revenue portfolio company of JLL. Advising on ToM change to agile product operating model, automation of business processes, digitalisation of workforce and development of internal and external SaaS products. Helped save $75m in man hours.
Joined early stage start-up to help scale and bring technology to improve processes. Completed VC funding and further M&A of competitor, all whilst growing revenue 800% (£600k to £5.4m), and team (4-54) in 3 years.
Intern, helping set-up a new private banking business, turned Head of Operations of said new private bank. Brought efficiency through digital transformation of all processes, led engineering team to build new asset management platform, and implemented plans for operations to meet the bank's goals.
Private soldier to Commisioned Officer - British Army
I had a burning desire to learn how to be a follower, and a Commando trained soldier, before applying to become an officer. 10 years leading and coaching teams up to 300, managing geopolitical risk, and strategy under extreme pressure.
Rugby union was life, and I played in the Australian shield competition for 2 years whilst trying to get into the New South Wales Waratahs. With a 100m best of 10.34secs (favourable wind!) I was flying on the Aussie hard track... Unfortunately, injury forced my retirement at 20 years old.
