I have worked as LegalEdge consultant for 4 years, holding fractional GC roles with Automata, Etio (part of Tribal Group), Permutive, Bright and Perkbox, as well as working with a wide range of start up and scaling businesses as a consultant to support the set-up of their legal functions.
Managing Counsel @ Coursera
I was the first ex-US legal hire to edtech business Coursera and set-up the EMEA legal function during a time of rapid EMEA expansion, as the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic and in the lead up to the company's successful IPO.
International Expansion, Corporate and Commercial Counsel @ WeWork
I led legal for international expansion into the Nordics, Eastern Europe and South Africa, as well as supporting with new openings in the UK and Russia, covering corporate, commercial and employment considerations.
Legal & Business Affairs @ The BBC
I worked on talent negotiations and contracts for BBC Scripted & Entertainment, followed by an internal move to the BBC World Service where I worked on international commercial deals and editorial policy advice.
