Technology Delivery
Lead engineer for the RAF's introduction of the F35 stealth aircraft capability. Working across a complex enterprise, with industry partners, to deliver a novel military capability onto operations.
Organisational Change
Central to the delivery of a major re-organisation within the RAF, working from the strategy into programme design, operating model design and delivery and then as an internal consultant to deliver the changes. Led across all aspects of transformation programme delivery.
