Systemic Embodied Coaching
Systemic embodied coaching allows clients the space and time to explore feelings in their bodies, relating to the parts of themselves that they see within the issue they bring to the session. Through using constellations, deep shifts in consciousness are possible and plausible actions created.
Experiences
ESG Frameworks mapping
Worked with a small startup software company, who needed to simplify their data governance programmes. Provided client with an update of the ESG regulatory environment, prioritised work in their platform, advised how to consider mastering their data more appropriately.
ESG Data Programme
LED design of ESG data programme. Identified and engaged internal stakeholders; trialed in 2022; scoped improvements, lessons learned and automation of data.; and expanded scope. Succeeded in aligning stakeholders and delivered full ESG solution in Workiva for the 2023 reporting cycle.
SHE Performance Measurement Tool
Led the scoping, design, and build of ‘Objectives and Targets’ system. A multi-stakeholder design; created user-friendly data capture tool; automated KPI management and reporting methodology; and oversaw reporting output. Succeeded in launch of the system on time, on budget and to original scope.
