After a mis-spent youth consulting with Bain & Co in UK, US & Japan I returned to the UK to build Capital One's UK operations from 80 to 1200 people
From there I worked across a range of Blue Chip Companies (Capital One, Wells Fargo, British Gas, Lloyds Bank, the Pensions Regulator) as a Transformation or Operations Director
