David is a Canadian corporate and tech lawyer and investor living in Dubai. In 2018, he co-founded TMT Law, a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and technology law and currently serves as General Counsel of a UAE company that provides cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and cloud computing solutions. In 2024, he also co-founded TMT Angels, a syndicate of angel investors that invests in tech startups.
