With 100 stage productions behind me, I only take on 1 or 2 productions a year now, but it's my first love, and I still take on a small number of interesting projects.

TEDx Speaker
It was a wonderful experience delivery my first TEDx at the invitation of Loughborough University.
The talk was called - Containing Multitudes: Writing the Self.
The Docks Product - Leadership
A fully staged Immersive Theatre project which was simultaneously the major Annual Leadership project for Convex Insurance in 2025, with 500 participants over 2 weeks.
It was like nothing anyone had seen before, and led to a small follow up project on Communication for the 125 senior leaders
Olivier Award for Rotterdam
A career highlight was winning the Olivier for Outstanding Achievement for the world premiere of Rotterdam by Jon Brittain.

Offie Award as Director of Operation Mincemeat
Winner of Best Production of a Musical in 2022. I directed the show off-West End, running for more than 100 performances in London through 2021-22.
