Working for a small business with a global distribution network, support requests took a lot of time from the sales team. I established a digital asset management and user-permission system to ensure that approved marketing materials could be accessed by different partners on demand.
I conducted workplace culture surveys and interviews within client organisations and determine the root cause of culture and communications problems. We conducted culture measurement and benchmarking.
In 2016 I was a speaker at the future-focused Symposium of Australian Gastronomy #21 with the presentation "The role of hospitality during the Automation Revolution"
