Worked my way up from Operations Associate to COO at a personalised nutrition start-up that creates tailor-made nutritional solutions based on a user’s unique profile. Experience covered: strategy, supply chain & logistics, product development, people, customer delight, finance, legal, retail.
Operations Director (Interim) @ Islands Chocolate
Brought in to oversee smooth launch of Islands' hot chocolate into its biggest customer to date, including manufacturing runs, logistics, and forecasting stock and cashflow for FY25. Also identified key changes to brings COGS down by ~10% and restructured the Operations Team to run more efficiently.
International Experience
As well as speaking 4 languages fluently, I've lived, worked and studied in a number of countries including Canada, South Africa, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Colombia and Brazil. The highlight of these was probably working for TeamGB at the Olympics in Rio in 2016!
