I'm an Executive Assistant based in London. My passion is Wellness Consulting, so after building a successful Corporate career as an EA in the Luxury Beauty, Fashion and Retail industries, I transitioned into the Freelance world specialising as a Wellness Focused Executive Assistant and PT/ Fitness Coach within London's boutique fitness scene. I am also currently in the process of becoming a certified and accredited Health and Wellbeing Coach.
