Social Impact (Khady’s Dream)

Social Impact (Khady’s Dream)

Co-lead of Khadys Dream CIC, delivering youth crime prevention workshops in schools & colleges. Our 7-module programme uses lived experience to educate at-risk young people on the justice system & positive choices.

Managed cross-border HR & compliance across UK, EU & US. Supported remote and hybrid teams, rolled out EAPs, managed global benefits, and worked with international partners to align people strategy with local needs.
