Chief of Staff, Meta
Trusted strategic and operational advisor to regional leadership responsible for advertising sales of $4B and 200+ Sales staff geographically distributed across the UK & Nordics. Maximised the VP's impact both internally and externally. Led the leadership executive office.
Internal communications
Whilst Chief of Staff at Meta I wrote the internal communications for my leader. These weekly posts were read by 2000+ colleagues. They covered financial performance, corporate strategy, insights into client engagements, and celebrated team successes.
Legal Project Manager, Meta
Drove process excellence and continuous improvement as part of the scaling of our global Legal Project Management Office from 5 to 20+ across 3 global regions (NORAM, EMEA & APAC). Lead project manager for high profile legal matters covering trust and safety, litigation, privacy and security.
Stakeholder engagement
Lead Project Manager for the redesign of the Code of Conduct at Meta. An enterprise-wide, year-long project involving 100+ subject matter experts, multiple vendors, and executive level engagement to evolve the Code to a tool that guides personnel’s decision making.
Change Management consultant, KPMG & Arcadis
Led client relationships, providing organisations with end-to-end project and programme delivery on business transformation and change projects. Experience includes being the lead project manager for a $15m leadership development project at BP.
Project Management Office (PMO)
Operated at C-suite level in an ambiguous post-merger environment when Arcadis bought Hyder, a £296M engineering firm. I led the cost saving workstream, identifying £20M of savings. Then based in Hong Kong, I led the development of a GTM strategy, identifying the right to win across the Asia region.
Keynote speaker
As a member of Imperial College Business School’s Alumni Advisory Board, I delivered a keynote lecture on leadership to the 2019 incoming class of 700+ students as part of their welcome and induction week.
Board member
Board member for six years at Four Corners, a film and photography charity that works in the East End of London championing creative expression, education and empowerment. I worked alongside arts practitioners to bring a commercial mindset to the charity’s business operations.
Cox at Thames Rowing Club
A core member of the novice squad for three years. As the cox I motivated and unified the crew to apply their power into the water together to make the boat go faster and win races. Highlight was winning the novice pennant for the Thames Head of the River Race in 2015.
Keen sailor
Love being out on the water, working as a team and exploring the British coastal waters. Gained my Day Skipper qualification in 2019.
