Create Internal Teams
I spearheaded the creation and growth of a new NHS coaching team, adapting the apprenticeship programme to better meet the needs of the client. Designed and delivered tailored coaching sessions, implemented a best-practice playbook, and helped scale the team while maintaining high-quality coaching.
Coaching Success Across Industries
I coach 70 NHS apprentices namely I coached and taught an apprentice in the finance team of a hospital, enabling them to identify gaps in their team’s processes. They created a Power BI dashboard for debts, uncovering £20 million in owed debt, including £2 million overdue for more than 90 days.
Transforming NHS Apprenticeship Programmes
Led an initiative to adapt apprenticeship training for NHS clinicians, improving engagement and outcomes. Designed CPD sessions, conducted focus groups, and created a best-practice playbook, resulting in improved attendance, metrics, and scalability of the programme.
Curriculum Design
I redesigned the KS3 and KS4 MFL curriculum at an underperforming school, enhancing the learning experience and aligning it with student needs and educational standards. This initiative resulted in improved student engagement and performance.
NGO System Improvement in Moscow
I supported refugee casework at an NGO, navigating complex legal systems. I designed tailored solutions to support asylum seekers arriving in the country and created an onboarding process and a process map to help new joiners to the NGO navigate the work with more ease.
Tromsø Polar Night Half-Marathon Runner
I completed the Tromsø Polar Night Half-Marathon in January 2024, raising £1,000 for Save the Children.
