Founder and Chairman 'Dynamo Marketing'.
Led the founding of a Marcoms agency working for major blue chip Clients such as Coke, JS, Bud, Danone, Castrol, UB and many more. Led the growth 150 persons and £24m t/o with15% net. Managed a competitive sale process then became Divisional £85m t/o CEO of the acquirer.
Agency Creator
I co-founded and led the Dynamo Marketing agency. Our mission was to be on every major brands agency roster. The business grew to £24m revenues and 15% net over 12 dynamic years. I led the sale of Dynamo to a PLC and thereafter became divisional CEO across 12 agencies both in UK and overseas.
Various start-ups
Have added significant value as an Agency creator and the mentor to the top team. Notable amongst these is Avantgarde Uk an experiential agency based in London but with a global reach by their now International majority owner.
The Marketing Triathlon
In Spring 2008 from a simple chat to the creation of this triathlon. Jointly created and ran it (with help) for 3 years and raised over £100k for charities. Over 750 annual participants and same again 'followers' present at Dorney Lake, Eton. Handed it on to a large charity. Still got the T shirts!
