Acquisition of By Miles Group Ltd by Direct Line Group
Delivered an exit for By Miles, the leading UK pay-per-mile motor insurtech, in 2023. The experience was completely different to what I had imagined. The key learning, particularly in today's market, is to ensure that the process commences at least 12 months before desired acquisition date.
Equity & Debt funding rounds
Raised £20m of funding over a period of 4 years and managed key relationships with investors, board members and internal leadership team
