Currently leading AND's first centre of excellence for an industry vertical, accountable for delivery across a £35m portfolio.
This includes creating and delivering training, designing and rolling out best practices, and coaching teams in design and delivery excellence.
Advisor - Digital Skills Council
Joined the council to work with co-chairs Paul Scully MP and Phil Smith
(ex-CEO CiSCO) to increase the Council's impact.
I initiated and led a project on Apprenticeships, consolidating best
practices from industry including Microsoft and Google, the education sector and government departments..
Strategic client lead -
Established the Dept. for Education as a strategic client and achieved £10m growth in 12 months.
