Out of Spec vaccines
I discovered the root cause of vaccines which were out of spec. This was done by analysing the vaccine data and discovering that the spec was set too tight.
This resulted in the product being re-assessed, saving the whole batch from being thrown away
Failed blood vials
I discovered the root cause of failed blood transport vials.
This resulted in creating a new processes which saved these vials from failure and allowed clinical trials to continue
