Launched and scaled a new business unit from scratch, growing it to $5M ARR. Led 35-person remote team across delivery and ops. Designed workflows, aligned with sales, and implemented cross-functional systems to improve reliability and margins.

I stepped into a sales team with no structure. I built the go-to-market system from scratch, defined the ICP, reshaped the offer, set pricing, and launched outreach. Introduced KPIs and workflows. Result: from a few projects per year to 4 per month.
