Lieutenant Colonel Royal Logistic Corps
22 years as a commissioned officer in The British Army. I spent nearly 40% of my career abroad - Afghanistan, Iraq, Cyprus, Kosovo, Bosnia, Belgium and Australia to name just a few places! Metaphorically and physically, some of the darkest and brightest places on earth.
Wiltshire Police
Designed, delivered, embedded and evaluated the 'Leadership For All' programme, which removed existing barriers and offered 'something for everyone'. The programme was recognised by the College of Policing as best practice and enabled Wiltshire Police to 'promote' out of special measures.
MBA - Warwick Business School
This was one of THE hardest challenges I've faced....ever. Not only was it academically rigorous, but I was diagnosed with cancer and had to juggle treatment with lectures. Just to top it all off the COVID pandemic hit and turned everything upside down! But I persevered and graduated in 2022.
