Experiences
Senior Legal Director and Group Ethics and Compliance Director
Managed the Asia and Americas legal function and bootstrapped the global ethics and compliance program to 24k employees across 129 locations in 29 countries. More recently added driving forward sustainability so it is operationalised across the organisation. Helped take company public in 2017.

Experienced independent NED to private organisations such as Agile Business Consortium and Puppet Animation Scotland. Also act as a trustee of Pave the Way. Board advisor to various startups.
Founder and Managing Partner - Diversity X
