SaaS sales and marketing at Microsoft and Salesforce
I spent 25 years combined between Microsoft and Salesforce, growing to lead a 50M$ business unit to triple-digit growth. I hired the team and created the processes to develop a new indirect sales channel in Latin America, and managed several global and EMEA-wide marketing and customer success teams.
I led commercial and competitive strategy at Microsoft in emerging markets, and the global growth strategy at Thomas Telford LTD. I also advise services and education scale-ups, such as iData Colombia and TheoryMesh, in opening new markets.
I lived in Paris, Istanbul, Sao Paulo and Miami.
I enjoy seeing people thrive - from hiring tomorrow's workforce to coaching teenagers in Kenya to mentoring CEOs at the Laudato Si accelerator, Tuttofritto in Italy and Digital Divide Data in the US.
I led the internal enablement team for EMEA at Salesforce and have experience in incentive design.
As CRM and ERP leader at Microsoft, I worked with a number of customers on their own digital transformation strategy and adoption - from retail and hospitality to CPG and services. I've also helped the DMA integrate the IDM and digitize their offer, Kendra Labs and The Grace Children Foundation.
A good sustainability strategy is supported by data, change management, and stakeholder engagement. My workshops and methodology help assess the opportunities and draft actionable plans.
I studied at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and am certified in ESG investing by the CFA.
I'm on the Board of Thomas Telford LTD since 6 years, Magna Housing 4 (also Chairing the GRC) and AQA Education for 4. I also served on the Board of the Data & Marketing Association, and in multiple other advisory roles in the UK, USA and elsewhere.
I've overseen CEO and Chair changes, and M&As.
I manage my own 9 acres of ancient woodland in the Chilterns (near London) for conservation and biodiversity, and to bring community value by engaging young volunteers and promoting a sustainable enjoyment of nature for all.
It's quite humbling to work on 10, 50 and 100 years' plans!
