CIPD Lecturer - Lincoln College
I teach on the Level 3 and 5 CIPD Human Resource Management courses and support and mentor HR apprentices. I also support on the Leadership and Management courses delivered by the HE College.

I have held senior roles in both the public and private sector managing HR teams and leading on all areas of generalist HR work to provide advice and support to SMT/C-Level. I have also supported academy conversions by overseeing HR due diligence and advising on various aspects of TUPE.
