I have facilitated on a range of topics for organisations in various glamourous and non-glamorous locations. Highlights include taking 35 graduates camping in The Cotswolds, sharing transactional analysis with Airbus leaders in Munich and helping new managers at Savills have career conversations.
Wellbeing Coach & Founder
For five years, I published articles twice a week and coached individuals around their health. I built up my business - Happy Sugar Habits which evolved over the years to provide digital products along with workshops and learning. It taught me more about business than I could have imagined!
