Launched two new insurance products in the UK (Β£5M revenue in 1.5 years) expanded to the US (46 states launched), reshaped Quote-to-Buy experience, Claims experience and mobile presence. Responsible the digital products across three countries, scaling product offering and managing a team of 60+.
Chief Product Officer - Dreams AB
Led the setup of Product and UX team in launching new Debt Repayment product in core Swedish Market, launched paid subscription with minimal loss of MAU (revenue from zero to 550K monthly, retention +90%), and most importantly oversaw the transition to a SAAS B2B product strategy.
Senior Director: Design, Markets Business Unit - Spotify
Designed and launched Spotify Lite (50+ million downloads), Spotify India (50+ million MAU), Spotify Stations and localisation of the main product in new markets (15 new markets launched). Leadership and management of Design in the Markets Business Unit and Global Localisation teams (25+ people).
