Admin and Operations in various service-based companies
Prior to moving to the UK in 2008, I worked in various service companies and have taken up roles in sales, marketing support, customer service, financial reporting, admin and operations. You can read more of my work history in Linkedin.
Office Manager for 8 years before going freelance.
I set up the systems and processes for a small charity to manage capacity challenges. I implemented a case management system to ensure quality and manage capacity, migrated the file storage system to Office 365, moved to a VOIP phone system to tackle the high volume of phone calls.
