Pub Doctors - Hospitality Coaching & Consultancy
I offer coaching sessions through to a holistic review of your venue, from customer service to compliance, your offer to profitability, helping you action plan, holding you accountable for implementation through further coaching. I offer digital presence check ups and bespoke strategic HR services.

Human Resources Director/Consultant
I worked across various HR disciplines/sectors for 30 years, bringing a wealth of experience to my practice. Highlights include attaining Best Companies 2 Star status for the YOU Trust, winning a place on the Sunday Times Best Company to Work for List and IIP Gold/Champion Status. A great honour.
Hospitality Management
I took four failed pubs/inns and transformed them into profitable venues, as well as building an outside bar/catering arm. I won contracts for large outdoor events, including Status Quo/UB40 and Jules Holland concerts. I won Best Turnaround Pub in the Great British Pub Awards two years running.
Coaching & Mentoring
I have many years coaching managers on people issues, career & life coaching, and coaching SMEs and Executives. I enjoy being a mentor on the Government's Help to Grow Scheme, am a NLP Master Coach and a ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
Other Interests
As well as being a volunteer Help to Grow Mentor, I am a Trustee for the Salisbury Women's Refuge. I have carried out significant fundraising for Gambia, which, along with my hospitality management work, led me to being a finalist in the South Wilts Business Awards 2015.
