- Spent 5 years as a strategy consultant at Accenture Strategy, where I was 1 of 12 people globally who set up Digital Strategy & Ventures
- Created a monetisation strategy for SUITCASE Group, ranging from B2B to B2C (subscription and booking models), achieving 2x revenue growth
- Launched three markets (Dublin, Manchester, Edinburgh) in 10 months, including sales & operations
- Set up warehousing operations in North America for SUITCASE Group
- Market sizing and GTM for various large corporates, including in the home improvement and health care sectors
- As COO, I lead a team of 25+ people, making 3k+ deliveries per month at above industry performance levels (>95% OT/ER)
- Automated operational processes, growing topline 6x without adding more FTEs (incl. 30% of live chat queries resolved through self-serve and 85% CSAT score)
- Set up the finance function at SUITCASE from scratch, building out processes and implementing tools
- Inhoused the finops at Feedr and automated invoicing, leading to 70% reduction in debtor days
- Lead a team of 45 finance professionals at Restaurant Associates Group UK (£300m annual turnover)
- Raised two rounds totaling £500k from angels and family offices when at SUITCASE Group
- Sold Feedr to a competitor in the fastest ever deal: 8 weeks from inception to ink on paper
- Successfully acquired and integrated Rocket Food (£10m turnover) into Compass Group Limited
- At Feedr, I set up a new content and CRM strategy, resulting in moving marketing pipeline contribution from 30% to 70% and a reduction in CPA from >£500 to <£200.
- At SUITCASE, I grew our B2B partnership sales from £950k to £1.7m (73% you). I worked with large clients like Krug, Amex, Rolex.
One of my proudest achievements was to turn the company culture around from >80% of employees as passive or detractors on the NP Score to a certified Great Place to Work within less than 6 months of taking on my latest COO role.
I have held board director roles in various charitable organisations, including:

- Unicef's Next Generation London, which is a group of young professionals advocating and fundraising on behalf of Unicef
- and most recently Pestalozzi International Foundation
I love running, although for most of my life, I never joined any official races. I have recently completed my first official marathon but still prefer running in the company of my very active German Shorthair Pointer.
